Green Leaf orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Store Purchases
- Purchases made at a Green Leaf retail store must be returned to the Green Leaf store or another nearby store. See the Green Leaf return policies for more details.
- If you made an online purchase at a Green Leaf store, please follow the Green Leaf return instructions above.
If Your Products Arrived Damaged
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 20% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
- Processing your return via mail will take 2-4 weeks.
- Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
